Richard interviewed Andy Blocker on Sunday, February 26th. Mr. Blocker is the Managing Director at UBS in its US Office of Public Policy. Blocker’s previous employer was the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), where he was Vice President of Government Relations. Blocker has worked for Congressman Martin Frost (F-TX), the Senate Budget Committee, and the Clinton White House where he contributed to the passage of the Bipartisan Balanced Budget Act of 1997.
