As the June 3rd elections rapidly approach, the show welcomed back Bob Brewer, candidate for San Diego’s District Attorney’s Office for half the show. He is running against the incumbent, Bonnie Dumanis, yet he has secured the endorsement of 98% of San Diego Law Enforcement Associations. Brewer has pledged to never run for another political office, he stands on a platform of “Public Safety without Politics.” On May 28th he participated in the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association Debate from 6:30 to 8pm at the University of San Diego.
The show’s other guest was Richard Brocchini, the Fire Department Chief in Pacific Beach, owner of Third Alarm Coffee, and author of Things You Should Do But Don’t. As a firefighter, Mr. Brocchini has always protected the community, and as a business man he ensures that his fellow guardians of the community find the same protection. A portion of every sale that Third Alarm Coffee makes goes directly to Firefighter Cancer Support Network (FCSN).
