Richard and Joe are joined in studio by Carl Sheeler, managing partner of Business Valuation LTD and Allison Appraisals.

Carl Sheeler earned a Ph.D. in finance in 2004 from the Union Institute and University. After his decade long career as a U.S. Marine officer, Carl joined the ranks of Business Valuations, Ltd in 1992. With more than 20 years in this specialized profession, Carl Sheeler has been active in several different groups that advocate the importance of businesses utilizing the guidance of trusted advisers. Some of these groups are: Strategic Trusted Advisers Roundtable (STAR), Southern California Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisers, and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
