Richard and Joe discussed success and leadership skills with Donald Green. Mr. Green is the Vice President and Executive Director of the Napoleon Hill Foundation. The foundation’s mission is to be a “nonprofit educational institution dedicated to making the world a better place in which to live.” The Napoleon Hill Foundation hosts retreats centered around Leadership Certification Courses. The next retreat will be held in Sedona, Arizona in late April, and the fall seminar will be held in Italy. In addition to allowing the attendees to get leadership certification, the retreats also provide excellent environments in which to build the professional networking systems that are so vital in today’s business world.
Don Green was born in Johnson City, Tennessee and received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from East Tennessee State University. After working in the banking industry for a few years, he went on to obtain his Masters in Banking from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Since 2000, he has held his current position with the Napoleon Hill Foundation.
