Joel Grushkin discussed cost segregation. Having more than thirty years of executive experience, Joel is currently the San Diego Regional Director of Cost Segregation Initiatives (CSI). Cost Segregation is the IRS approved method of re-classifying components and improvements of a commercial building resulting in a reduced income tax liability and an increased cash flow. Cost Segregation is applicable to both owners and lessees. Grushkin’s consulting firm focuses on cost flow analysis and cost segregation for owners of commercial properties nationally.
