In keeping with Richard’s commitment to giving back to the community, he teamed up with Kathy Kinane to establish the “Move Your Feet Before You Eat” Foundation in 2007. Richard said on his show, “We call ourselves ‘Move Your Feet Before You Eat’ because the whole message behind our foundation is to encourage daily physical activity particularly up in the Oceanside community where we run our biggest race, but for anyone, regular exercise as well as a good diet is very important.”
The Move Your Feet Before You Eat Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization benefiting local schools and charities.
