Former investment banker at Morgan Stanley, Frank Partnoy, and author of F.I.A.S.C.O, Infectious Greed, The Match King, and most recently WAIT:The Art and Science of Delay, was our guest on July 15th. Frank is currently a practicing corporate lawyer and leading world expert on market regulations. He is also a frequent commentator for The Financial Times, New York Times, CBS, and 60 Minutes and teaches in the business and corporate law. Frank is a graduate of Yale Law School.
Partnoy has taught law and finance at The University of San Diego since 1997, and he is the founding director of the Center for Corporate and Securities Law at the University of San Diego.
