His personal description for this business is “concierge transformation business focusing on nutrition, fitness and behavior modification. In addition to being the proprietor of his own business, he met the girl of his dreams at the cast calling for the 14th season of the Biggest Loser and married her. He has maintained his slimmer and healthier physique since his dramatic drop from 358lbs to 198lbs, by increasing lean muscle mass.
Mike is a personal trainer at San Diego Premier Training in Carlsbad, California. His goal is to change the way people and corporations view a healthy lifestyle.
