A new year brings new tax code regulations. The show welcomed returning guest and sponsor, Joel Grushkin of Cost Segregation Initiatives (CSI). This was an important show for commercial property owners who want to minimize their tax liability.

Mr. Gruskin is the regional director for CSI. CSI is a real estate specialty consulting firm providing cost segregation studies and other cash-flow solutions to commercial property owners throughout the United States. For those of you who are not familiar with the term cost segregation – this is a study that helps reduce current income tax obligations by identifying and reclassifying personal property assets to shorten the depreciation time for tax purposes.
