How does he do it? Celebrating his 90th year, Mr. Van Dyke does what would make most adults half his age and their children wilt in exhaustion (a full day at Disneyland). Mr. Van Dyke has not slowed down, up every morning at 6:00am. he is off to the gym. His recent book “Keep Moving: And Other Tips and Truths About Aging” offers advice from himself and his close friends on feeling young and embracing life.
