Richard and Joe’s welcomed guest, Mitch Siegler, Co-founder and Senior Managing Director of Pathfinder Partners. Specializing in real estate, Pathfinder Partners is a leading middle-market real estate fund manager specializing in transactions that are “below the radar” of large institutional investors. They are focused on value-added situations where infusion of capital or improved asset management can create investment returns.

Mr. Siegler’s experience as the CEO and founder of several companies and as a partner at the national consulting firm LENSER has provided him with a wealth of experience in identifying the potential of companies and investments and managing those investments to their full potential. As a partner in Sorrento Associates he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, financing and financial restructuring. Mr. Siegler graduated with honors with a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Missouri, Columbia and received his M.B.A. with highest honors from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.
